After tons of research about housewife as an occupation and several meet up with the lecturer. I had decided to propose an experiment project about "How will the future living dynamic and occupation of housewife will be like in the future. "
Location: The Row, Kuala Lumpur
This project will be a residential project that experiments about a near-future scenario about how housewife will be like when the human living style changes.
Project title: THE HOME RESIDENCES
Design approach :
Give a new identity/image of housewife
A mock scenario of future living style
So in this project, the term 'Housewife' will be replaced become 'Homeproducer'. Where Homeproducer will be someone that needs to be educated and professional in certain skills to handle the job.
Characteristic of Homproducer
Are paid when being work
Working hours are flexible, able to manage their family and work at the same time
Homeproducer school is where to be trained to become a professional Homeproducer
Are open to female and male
Besides that, there will also be 4 different family groups staying in the building. Among them there will be 2 members are Homeproducer that take part in managing the whole residence.

Lastly, the system of the Internet of Things (IoT) will play an important role in making helping out the Homeproducer to make a house become a more comfortable home.

The Internet of things describes physical objects that are embedded with sensors, processing ability, software, and other technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet or other communications networks.
Pros of IoT
always concerned about the house situation
connected to the nearby police station, fire station...
able to recap back record of CCTV
Cons of IoT
cannot identify certain situations (need the help of Homeproducer to handle manually)
